The location was perfect for exploring the city. It was an easy walk to the main square. My room was cleaned daily. The staff was very helpful .

The elevator was quite small. It only fit one person plus hand luggage.

The staff was nice. The rooms and bathroom were clean. the location is quite good! there was a tram line just outside the hotel for convenience. there was also a restaurant nearby, which i liked.

the carpet and furniture are a bit dated. our room was double booked! this was not a good experience. there was not enough hot water for two people.

The room had a lovely balcony view. i appreciated the very central location. It was quite convenient. the staff were lovely. i found them very helpful, and i would certainly consider staying there again, the beds were comfortable too.

The pillows were not very great. They could improve those. it was not a major issue, though.
